An introduction to the basic principles of computer networks and communication, exploring both the hardware necessary to support computer networks and the software needed to utilize those networks. Basic network topologies, network protocols, and local and wide-area networks. Prerequisite: CSCI103 and CSCI105, both with a grade of C or higher.
